I’m Kelly Williams, the owner of Restorative Fitness and a corrective exercise specialist with over 14 years of experience helping people move, feel, and live better.

At Restorative Fitness, we provide personalized integrative movement therapy to restore joint and muscle health—using corrective exercise as a powerful, non-medical approach to posture, flexibility, balance, and healthy movement patterns. Through education and expert guidance, we empower clients to lead active, fulfilling lives and stay engaged within their communities. While we don’t diagnose medical conditions, our evidence-based methods address the root causes of everyday pain, limited mobility, and dysfunctional movement, and we partner with healthcare providers when clients need additional medical support.

Corrective exercise bridges the critical gap between healthcare and everyday movement, empowering individuals to reclaim ownership of their bodies, their joint health, and their daily lives. That’s why it’s the cornerstone of my practice. Establishing Restorative Fitness allowed me to focus exclusively on delivering impactful, client-centered care.

Every day, I guide people toward a more active, pain-free, and fulfilling life. Restorative Fitness is not just exercise or fitness—it’s a platform for meaningful change, and I’m proud to lead it with purpose and expertise.

Beyond the office, I serve on the board of Mission of Mercy (Arizona Health Partnership Fund), a nonprofit providing free medical care to underserved communities, and on the board of the Midtown Neighborhood Association, where I advocate for health-focused, connected neighborhoods in Phoenix. I also partner with companies to develop employee wellness programs that prevent injuries, support long-term health, and build a culture of well-being in the workplace.

This is more than fitness. It’s about education, safety, and building a happier healthier communities—one person and one organization at a time. And - most importantly I have a fabulous team I am so fortunate to work with. Meet them here.
