Kelly Williams is the owner of Restorative Fitness and a certified corrective exercise specialist with over 14 years of experience. With extensive training and certifications, including as an IMI Integrative Movement Specialist, an ICEI Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Kelly works with individuals who are tired of living with chronic pain, stiffness, and physical limitations that interfere with everyday life. Through one-one personalized corrective exercise programs, she helps her clients restore posture, improve joint function, and build lasting strength and stability.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, education, and real-life function supporting people as they regain the ability to move with confidence, ease, and less pain. Whether it’s getting out of bed without discomfort, walking longer distances, or simply feeling at home in your body again, Kelly’s mission is to help people live fuller, more active lives, one small step at a time.

Dan holds a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) degree from Boston University and a Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc) degree from A.T. Still University. His work background includes 17 years at Banner Health as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix. In addition, he was the facility's Wellness Coordinator and helped establish a volunteer Guided Imagery Program to support patients in managing anxiety and pain. A healthcare innovator at heart, Dan is passionate about helping individuals strengthen their inner resources and embrace holistic approaches to wellness.

With over 25 years of experience integrating tai chi into physical therapy, Dan is certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI), a nonprofit led by renowned Tai Chi Master Dr. Paul Lam. The programs Dan teaches through TCHI are backed by over 30 peer-reviewed studies and are endorsed by organizations such as the CDC, National Council on Aging, American College of Sports Medicine, and the Arthritis Foundation for their proven benefits in improving strength, balance, and overall health. Dan is also a certified Executive and Leadership Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and outside of work, Dan maintains balance in his life through meditation, travel, and tai chi.

We greatly appreciate Holly’s deep knowledge of FST and lymph work which helps clients regain comfort, confidence, and heal faster.

Specializing in Fascia Stretch Therapy, Pilates, and Neuro based movement, Holly is known for her expertise and her 17 years of experience in fitness. She has owned two Pilates and FST businesses, holds several dozen certifications, and has taught workshops on stretching and mobility.
​
Learning Applied Neuroscience reshaped how Holly understands movement and how she supports those who seek her services. She listens with a neuroscience lens to understand each client’s story and guide them toward their goals through Fascia Stretch Therapy, Lymph work, and Pilates.

Holly’s goal is to help clients reduce pain and move better to feel better, whether that is on the golf course or in everyday life. In each session, clients can expect help identifying movement restrictions, improving flexibility and range of motion, and reducing pain to support overall well-being.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys long walks with her pup and sometimes her cat. She also hosts a monthly Pilates meet up for her local community and values time with friends.

Ive Chaug is a dedicated nutrition and exercise professional with a passion for holistic wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Arizona State University, is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), and is certified through ACE as both a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Ive is committed to helping others improve their well-being through movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based nutrition. She currently focuses on educating individuals in recovery, providing accessible guidance on nutrition and exercise to support their healing journey.
